Q) If I join now how long is my membership good for, and what benefits do members have compared to non-members?

A) Your membership is good for one year from the date you join.

Any time of year that you join, we guarantee that you save at least the initial $50.00 investment, by purchasing at Member Prices, or we will credit the difference to the next year's Membership Fee.  Also, spend $500.00 within a year, excluding shipping, and your next item is free up to $50.00.  It's hard to lose.

Q) I don't see the one I want listed, does this mean you don't carry it?

A) We quite possibly do carry it; please call or email, we are completely computerized and are happy to look up any item or number of items upon request.

Q) Do I have to be a member to purchase dolls from you?

A) No, you do not have to be a member to purchase from us,  but all the prices listed will be offered to you at a 10% discount if you become  a member. Our non-member prices are slightly higher but still at a good savings. Let us know which dolls are of interest to you and we'll give you both member and non-member prices for comparison.

Q) If you do not have the item I want in stock, how will I know when my item is in?

A) We do take pre-orders for all "new" dolls that have not yet been released. When you pre-order you are locked in by date and price and merchandise will be shipped automatically once it comes in. We DO NOT take payments or charge anything until the item is in stock and ready to ship.

* We also take back orders for the "secondary market" items. We have an In House Buyer who has and excellent record for finding those "hard to find" items and when she does, we call those on back order according to date of order. We cannot, however, guarantee prices of secondary market dolls as the cost generally escalates as the dolls get older and more scarce. We can quote the last price the doll sold for, then put you on back order and call you to get price approval before shipping.
