PRE-ORDER POLICIES :

When placing a pre-order, your credit card will not be charged until the item has been shipped to you. We are happy to hold items and ship them together to help save you on shipping costs, however it is the responsibility of the customer to inform us of what they would like us to hold. Effective January 1, 2006, we are only able to hold combined items for a one month period. After that time, any items we are holding for you will be automatically shipped. For example; any items you order for the month of January, can be held until the end of the January, we cannot hold the order into February. If you place an order on our website and one item is in stock and the other item is a pre-order item, it will be your responsibility to contact us if you would like us to hold the item and ship it with something else. If we do not hear from you, the item that is in stock will be shipped out automatically.

RETURN POLICIES :

In order to provide the lowest possible costs to our members all returns will be subject to the following:

• You must call to request a return authorization number within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise .
• The authorization number must be placed on the top left corner of the return mailing box.
• All items must be unopened (not removed from box), in same condition it was shipped to you. Original packing material and shipping box must be used for return shipping. Please pack carefully.
• Any damage that may occur due to inadequate or poor packing of the returned item/s will be assessed with additional charges.
• Customer pays return postage.
• Outgoing shipping charges will not be refunded.
• No items that have been removed from box will be accepted for return.
  
• Although generally not a problem, we reserve the right to refuse return authorization.
• No C.O.D.'s will be accepted.
• Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted.
• Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• We pack with special care, but we cannot guarantee or replace boxes.
• Crushed and/or damaged boxes that are specially priced are sold "as-is". No returns, exchanges, or refunds. NO Exceptions.

FOR ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING :

Please contact our customer service department for details on the handling of the claim.

LAYAWAY TERMS :

• We require a minimum layaway order of $200.00
• Since we are holding items for you in good faith we require a non refundable and non transferable deposit of 25% of the total purchase price of the merchandise put on layaway.
• Monthly payments must be on time, 30 days from the order date and the same date each month, there will be a one week grace period, or the layaway will be voided and item(s) will be returned to stock and all deposits will be forfeited.
• Once a layaway has commenced, there are no price changes, up or down from that date.
• Once a layaway has been initiated, there can be no additions or subtractions from the original order
• There will be no partial shipment on layaways

CHECKS :

Orders will not ship until 10 business days after the check is received and deposited. Checks must be received within 10 business days of the order date or the order will be cancelled. Any returned checks will be subject to N.S.F. fee of $25.00.

Shipping (REVISED 02/07/2009):

SHIPPING CHARGES VIA UPS GROUND are a flat rate of $10.50, with the exception of oversized dolls or gift sets which include two dolls. This cost will be $12.50. On all orders, please add $3.00 for the 2nd doll, $2.00 for the third doll, and $2.00 for the forth doll within the same package. There are times when we will not be able to ship 4 items together, depending on the size of the dolls you have ordered. In that case, we will ship a 2nd package, which will be calculated in the same way. Our goal is to get your items to you in the condition you ordered them in. Professional packaging and insurance is included in UPS Ground shipping rates. Please note UPS has once again increased the cost of shipping.

USPS (Priority Mail/First Class Mail) : If shipping to a P.O. Box Number, Apo Address, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii, please email, or call our office before sending your money order or check. We will be happy to quote you a rate. These rates will be different from UPS GROUND rates . If you should pay the incorrect shipping rate, it will hold up the shipping of your package. If you pay your shipping via the internet and enter the wrong rate, we will recalculate the rate, charge your credit card with the correct shipping, and email you with the actual charge. All packages shipping via Priority mail or first class will also include a fee for insurance and a .65¢ delivery confirmation charge.

UPS overnight, 3 Day Select, or 2nd Air is available upon request for a higher cost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: When shipping outside the continental united states you are subject to an additional $6.00 service charge. The shipping rates outlined above, and on our shopping cart checkout, is estimated for US shipping only. International shipping rates will be higher, so please make sure to contact us before paying. Also, please do not ask us to change the declared value on the custom forms, or mark it as a "Gift".

When placing your order, if you order more dolls than what will fit in once box, we will ship your order in two separate boxes if we do not hear from you. If you are concerned about the cost of two separate packages, please make sure to email us before we ship. This is the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate your business and understanding on our policies.

Also, on International orders, if you have any questions in regards to the items you are purchasing, please email us prior to your purchase. We do not give refunds on International packages due to all the extra costs involved. On purchases over $200.00, we require postal money orders for payment. There are exceptions, so please email us if you have questions or concerns.

Pricing:

We always strive to get our dolls at the lowest prices for our members. However, due to the fluctuation of doll prices we cannot guarantee prices. All prices are subject to change without notice.
