Shipping charges via UPS Ground can be automatically calculated on this form. It will add $3.00 for the 2nd doll, and $2.00 for the third doll within the same package. Any additional items will be shipped in a separate package to prevent damages, and will be calculated the same way. Professional packaging and insurance is included in UPS Ground shipping rates.

USPS (Priority mail/First Class) - If shipping to a P.O. Box Number, Apo Address, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii, please email or call our office before sending your money order or check. All packages shipping via Priority mail or first class will also include a fee for insurance and a .45¢ delivery confirmation charge.

UPS overnight, 3 Day Select, or 2nd Air is available upon request for higher rate.

Oversized dolls, and dolls shipped outside the continental united states are subject to additional shipping charges. Ask your sales representative for further information.
